Submissions Database
This database contains a list of all active submissions. It is from here that you update, view or print an additional submission delivery memo. Note the tracking of updates, returns, and number of images currently held by the client in addition to the search tools built into the data screen.

Submission History
This submission history linked form enables you to determine at a glance the submission progress of any slide.

Double clicking on any submission code will display the complete activity log associated with that submission. Click on the thumbnail for a 100% view.

The last client to see the image can be instantly ascertained by clicking the Last Activity-F7 pushbutton. This feature is extremely useful when you run across a damaged transparency.

Submission View
This form is used to review active submissions. The highlighted caption record indicates that the image is film and in the client's possession -- or the image is digital which is, by nature, non-returnable.This same form is used to view any expired submission in any stage of edit from the Submission Log database. Individual image sales and submission history can be accessed from this form also.

Submission Entry Form
When this form opens, scan barcode ID numbers of submitted slides or use the Load Search pushbutton to add digital images.The submitted items will appear in the submission window as they are entered. When finished entering all of the items, click the Done-F2 button to verify the count, post to history files, print a delivery statement or open the Digital File Copy dialog,

Agave sorts submissions by format making image count verification fast and easy for you and for your client.

Digital Submission Output
The contents of a digital submission is managed from the Digital File Copy dialog. This dialog provides a variety of options for managing the submission contents. Folder names can be customized and an IMAGE_VIEWER.htm generated for easy client review.
