Submissions Database
This database contains a list of all active submissions. It is from here that you update, view or print an additional submission delivery memo. Note the tracking of updates, returns, and number of images currently held by the client in addition to the search tools built into the data screen.  Agave records the history of every image ever submitted -- digital or film. This history is available at the click of a the mouse throughout the application.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Submission View
This form is used to review active submissions. The highlighted caption record indicates that the image is in the client's possession. A dimmed record indicates that an image has been returned. Non-returnable digital images rejected by a client (typically a stock agent), can be dimmed by double clicking on the caption text. This same form is used to view any expired submission in any stage of edit from the Submission Log database. Individual image sales and submission history can be accessed from this form also. 
 
 
 
 
 

Using the application label pool as a reference list, this program will locate all associated tiffs and/or jpegs and copy them to a folder of your choice. The files may be renamed during the copying process. A submission record can be generated, as well. Use this program to accumulate all images needed for a disk burn.

Film Submissions
Use this module to scan barcode IDnumbers of submitted slides and to add digital images for a combo submission.
