Agave SPS supports 22 label templates including metric,
AveryTM ,
ProSlideTM
and
SlideScribeTM
styles.  Format/Label
Setup ScreenAny label style may be used with
any format. If a needed format is not
listed, you can create one. This screen is also used to set the
text color and printing alignment for each label style.
 Creating
Slide
Labels Agave's slide label entry form
helps make the process of slide
captioning fast and easy. Press Enter
to generate the
next
sequential slide number and type a
new caption or Down
to copy the prior entry
with
the next available slide number. At the same time all entries are
checked
for validity and duplication. Use the table lookup to borrow
text from existing captions. Press Alt/C
and ©Your
Name is automatically typed in at the cursor -- or generate
any
quantity of custom photographer ID
labels complete with your name address and phone number. Save the
new entries, review,
add more
later and append to the Fotofile database at
your convenience.
AgaveSPS utilizes a true, continuous text, word processor style caption field for easier manipulation of text as well as the ability to alter the font, typeface and color of single words or characters. An extreme example of

 Note:
While many labeling applications provide some
level of text
formatting, it is usually limited to field level formatting of
individual text lines
while
formatting
of words and characters within the line
is
not supported. AgaveSPS supports
character level font and
typeface formatting.

35mm Label
 Slide
Caption Labels The successful photographer will
include as much caption text as
possible
because he or she knows that insufficient caption information can cost
a sale, regardless of the image. Agave's label designs support this
practice.
The 4 line label style will hold about 200 characters using a typical
mix
of upper and lower case characters. If preferred, several larger font
3 line styles containing approximately 135 characters are also
available.
