Query Forms
Agave SPS provides a complete and powerful set of query functions which allow you to locate specific items quickly and efficiently. Search criteria can be based on a date range, dollar amount, general text, keyword,  reference codes or character patterns. The Fotofile query provides flexibility and power by joining the Codes/Notes and Fotofile caption field to provide results from search criteria entered for either or both databases. This means you will always be able to locate a requested image, even if you remember next to nothing about it. Query screens are provided for the Fotofile, Clients, Image Sales History, Accounts Paid, Accounts Receivable and Submission Log databases.

Results Screen 
Agave query forms consist of two screens. The first screen (above) receives search criteria and the second screen displays the query search results, respectively. Clicking on the image provides an instant 100% view. Double click on a submission code for instant submission info including client, description and number of edits with dates associated with the submission. 

Although each database has an associated set of query forms, the forms all behave in a similar fashion and the controls are generic in nature. 

Speed Test Results
From a Fotofile database containing slightly more the a half million photo captions and searching the caption field using criteria: rainbow OR village,  AgaveSPS extracted and displayed all matching records (963)  in less than a second. System specs: 1.85 GHz Pentium M with 1 GIG of RAM.
 

Agave SPS Quick Search 
The important data screens in Agave SPS utilize a quick search field. Simply enter all or part of the client code, slide or document number (depending on the current screen) and press <Enter> to locate that value instantly. It's not necessary to "call" this search routine because this field is always active and ready for keyboard or barcode input.
