Agave64 provides a complete and powerful set of query functions that
allow you to locate specific items quickly and efficiently. Depending
on the database, search
can be based on a date range, dollar amount, general text,
or character patterns. The Fotofile query provides flexibility
and power by joining the Codes/Notes and Fotofile caption field to
results from search criteria entered for either or both databases. This
means you will always be able to locate a requested image, even
if you remember next to nothing about it.
Query screens are
provided for the Fotofile, Clients, Image
Accounts Paid, Accounts Receivable and Submission Log databases.
Agave query forms consist of two screens. The first screen
(Fotofile query above)
receives search criteria and the second screen displays the query
results, respectively. The Fotofile results screen shown here enables
you to Interrogate submission / sales history. You can edit the results
and save them for use at a later time. The results can also be printed
in three different report styles
including one with thumbnails.
