Documents Agave SPS will print over fifty template documents. Some include thumbnail images.You can use the default Agave header, design your own custom header using the Agave text editor or use your own preprinted stationary. Custom headers are easily saved, swapped out or edited prior to printing and you may create and save as many as you wish.  Photo Delivery Memo - short versionBecause caption information is usually found on the image itself, the short style delivery is a popular choice, especially when submitting a large number of images. Three versions of the stock photo invoice are available. This one includes thumbnails. All include important information such as rights granted, restrictions and inception / expiration dates of the usage window, if applicable. The footer area can contain any amount of miscellaneous text. Many users save time and postage by printing this document to PDF and submitting it to their client as an email attachment or FTP download.  Generic InvoiceUse this style when you need an invoice that itemizes expenses for assignment work.  Free Form InvoiceThere may be times when you need to contact a client regarding delinquency on more than one invoice. Instead of sending your client a separate copy for each invoice, or creating a document from scratch, Agave will gather and export the invoice data, in an organized, tab delimited fashion, into a word style document where it can be edited and formatted to your specifications.
